Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Every Order
All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required. No promo codes needed. Whether you order a 30-day supply or a 360-day supply, shipping is on us.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Titan Recovery is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will receive tracking information regardless of which carrier is used.
International Shipping
At this time, Titan Recovery ships to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries. If you are located outside the US and interested in Titan Mouth Tape, please contact us at the email below and we will notify you when international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at titanrecovery.com.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will provide your tracking information.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Titan Recovery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or any secure delivery location at your address. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
