30-Night Better Sleep Guarantee

We stand behind Titan Mouth Tape. Try it for 30 nights. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following must be met:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.
  • You must contact us at info@titanrecovery.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and Titan Recovery is not responsible for unauthorized returns.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging. Opened and partially used mouth tape supplies are eligible for return under the Better Sleep Guarantee, provided the request is made within the 30-day window.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@titanrecovery.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item (see Damages below).
  4. Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us at info@titanrecovery.com.

Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@titanrecovery.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, at our sole discretion, send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including any return shipping costs. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be honored.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or any secure delivery location at your address. If you still cannot locate the package after 48 hours, contact us. Titan Recovery is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier. We will work with the carrier to investigate, but we are not obligated to replace or refund orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (marked as such at the time of purchase)
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or variant, please return your current item per the process above and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting info@titanrecovery.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Limitation of Liability

Titan Recovery's total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question. Titan Recovery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to claims related to sleep quality, health outcomes, or skin reactions. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Titan Mouth Tape is designed for use by healthy adults who can breathe comfortably through their nose. Titan Recovery is not responsible for adverse effects experienced by individuals who use the product contrary to the usage guidelines published on our website or who have pre-existing medical conditions that contraindicate mouth taping.

Modifications to This Policy

Titan Recovery reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
